At PRDGY, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the fulfillment of any order placed on our website. This may occur under the following circumstances:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock.
- The billing information provided is incorrect or unverifiable.
- The order is flagged for suspected fraudulent activity.
- Delivery to the provided address is not possible.
- Errors or inaccuracies are detected on the website, including but not limited to misspellings, pricing issues, or other incorrect information.

Shipping Policy
At PRDGY, our priority is to provide you with the best possible shipping experience, no matter where you are located. We are committed to ensuring prompt and reliable service at all times.
- All orders are processed within 5-6 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping. We kindly request your patience and understanding in such cases, as delivery times may extend by a few additional days.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly inform you via email or phone to keep you updated on its status.
Exchange and Reverse Pickup
At PRDGY, we are committed to providing a hassle-free exchange experience for our customers. As part of our exchange policy, we initiate a reverse pickup from the customer's address for all exchanges. However, it's important to understand that forward and reverse shipments operate differently, and reverse shipment services are only available through select courier partners.
In cases where reverse pickup is not available in certain pin codes due to courier company limitations, we kindly request customers to ship the product back to our warehouse. Once we receive the product, we will process the exchange or replacement promptly.
To ensure there are no additional costs to our customers, we will reimburse the shipping charges if the customer provides a valid bill for the return shipment.
