PRDGY Exchange & Return Policy
At PRDGY, we strive to offer a fair and transparent post-purchase experience for all our customers. Please review the detailed policy below to ensure a smooth process in case of any issues with your order.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange on products, allowing customers to switch to a different size or design within the same price range. Size exchanges are completely free of charge. For design exchanges (where permitted), the customer is required to cover the shipping cost. Please note, hoodies are only eligible for size exchanges — design changes are not allowed.
For second-time exchanges, the customer will be required to bear the shipping cost.
Some items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. This includes:
Products priced at ₹899 or below
Bundle orders valued at ₹3499 or below
Items purchased during Black Friday, Diwali, or other clearance or promotional sales
Mystery products, gift cards, clearance items, and freebies or promotional products such as free t-shirts or goodies
To initiate an exchange, customers must submit a request through our official website within 2 days of delivery. All exchange requests must be submitted via the website. Email-only requests will not be processed. Returned items must be in unused and unworn condition. If these criteria are not met, the exchange will be rejected and the product returned to the customer.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns just because you didn’t like the product or changed your mind. This includes issues related to personal taste, sizing preferences, or delays caused by courier partners.
RETURNS — STRICTLY WITHIN 2 DAYS
You can request a return only if:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received a wrong item
To request a return, you must:
Raise a return request within 2 days of delivery
Upload video or image proof of the issue during the return request process on our website
Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Refund Policy
Any order returned to origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect or incomplete address details, customer unavailability at the time of delivery, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to respond to the courier partner shall be treated as a customer-fault return.
In such cases, the customer is mandatorily liable to bear the full shipping cost for both forward and return logistics. If a refund is approved, these shipping charges will be compulsorily deducted from the total order value prior to refund initiation. No exceptions shall be made under any circumstances.
